Death is Cold is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Dead man's soul's signature spells, sending out a burst of ice as cold as the grave that can slow an enemy down.

Death is Cold can be learned by Dead man's soul at level 34 and costs 46 MP to cast. It has a range of four squares away from the caster in any direction, inflicts moderate Crack-type spell damage to a single enemy, and has a chance to lower their AGL for three turns.
