Smoke Alarm is exclusively learned by Cyber bullies and costs 3 MP. It practice it is akin to Snack Attack and Super Snack Attack in that the skill pulls from a list of actions at random, but with the added benefit of hiding the bucket of bolts instead of leaving him a sitting duck.
