The Jolly sasquash is a special monster that appears in Dragon Quest Tact.

It is a Sasquash that has disguised itself as a Christmas tree in order to participate in the holiday festivities.

Characteristics

The Jolly sasquash is a sasquash that has covered most of its body in the foliage of an evergreen tree, with various baubles, stockings, candy canes, and ribbons in order to pass itself off as a Christmas tree. At the top of its head, it has a golden star adorned with a big red and gold ribbon, a pair of bells, and holly fruit. The sasquash insists that it actually is a Christmas tree, causing many monsters to doubt and challenge it.

Dragon Quest Tact

Jolly sasquash appears as an A-rank monster of the Beast family as part of the A Winter Wonderland with the Ice Witch limited event. It will join the player in Chapter 1, Episode 3 of the Holiday Event quests and it can be fully awakened by collecting Jolly Sasquash Crystals from the floors 1-25 of the Red Tower. The jolly sasquash also stars in its own Battle Road.
