Bad Hand is the Dark-elemental counterpart to Hand of God, smashing foes with an infernal fist.

Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca's Marvelous Mysterious Key SP[edit]

Bad Hand was added to the SP version of the game in 2018, and inflicts slashing damage instead of darkness and explosive.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3[edit]

Bad Hand makes its first appearance as a physical skill that inflicts a heavy amount of darkness and explosive element damage to all enemies for 52 MP. It can be learned from various skill sets.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince[edit]

Bad Hand costs 52 MP and crushes all foes with darkness. The power is calculated as (Level x 1.5) + 150, and it is learned through the Dark Horse, Walking Disaster, and Wyrmhole Dragon talents.

Etymology[edit]

  • Bad Hand is derived from the idiom dealt a bad hand, which refers to a person experiencing misfortune via an analogy to a card game.
