Sun-bleached seashell

Sun-bleached seashell, also known simply as Seashell, is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is a bright white seashell collected from seashores or dropped by seafaring monsters that is used as a crafting ingredient.

Seashells can be collected from Eastern Stornway and Hermany, dropped by Spinchillas and Crabber dabber doos, or found randomly in the fountain at a fully upgraded Quester's Rest. It can be sold for 34 gold. Seashell is used in the following alchemy recipes:

Sun-bleached seashell can be purchased from the item shop at Nautica for 340 gold and sold for 85 gold. It can also be picked up from sparkly spots at the Strand and Insula Occidentalis or dropped by Khalamari kids, Shell slimes, and Otter shambleses, as well as their vicious counterparts. Additional seashells can be found in barrels at Gondolia and Lonalulu. Sun-bleached seashell is only used in two recipes for the Fun-Size Forge:
