Dragon Quest X[edit]
Starstrike can be learned by Mages, Thieves, Luminaries, Monster Masters, and Fortune Tellers by investing 35 points into their Whip skill. It differs from most whip skills by targeting a single enemy with the physical strike itself, but the burst of light-elemental energy also damages surrounding enemies for 40% of the initial strike's total. The dazzle effect can last for up to one minute.
